BOX POUCHES® are a unique type of premade pouch with five panels of printable area for on-shelf brand building. The way a BOX POUCH® displays a product projects an image of high quality. And the unique design of the BOX POUCH® provides superior stability, seal strength, and hermeticity compared to other types of flat-bottom pouches.
These box-style bags have fold out, three-dimensional bottoms that offer a sturdy base for storage, display, and use. They provide more square inches of space that maximize the number of loose products you can fit inside. This is why they are perfect for markets like pet food, small wrapped candies, and similar items. Several configurations and sizes of BOX POUCHES® are available, including large-capacity sizes.

Standard Zipper
Non-barrier applications.
Typically used in frozen foods and bulk packaging for food and non-food products.
Peel Seal
Typically used in fresh cut salad/produce, snack foods, confections, nuts, etc. Hermetic barrier flange with peel seal available. Used on potato chips, coffee, etc.
NOTE: Standard rule—if you are using a barrier film, use Peel Seal zipper.

Bag Top
Conventional cut to open-style bag, identical to in-line packages.
Will run on your existing VFFS equipment.
Requires jaw modification.

Reclosable pour spout for side gusseted packaging.
